Junior Sourcing Manager

Responsibilities

• searching for IT specialists via LinkedIn and other social networks
• CV pre-selection
• processing client requests
• communicating and building relationships with the target group of candidates
• regular reporting
• telephone pre-screening and administration
• cooperation with the marketing and sales departments

Requirements

• knowledge of modern online recruitment tools
• independence and goal-oriented approach
• basic knowledge of IT
• time management
• English min. B2
